Providing guidance and support for people who long to create a healthy body, peaceful mind, and loving heart.
Jessica started practicing yoga in 1999 in Albuquerque, NM after herniating a disc in her lumbar spine. As a recovering compulsive eater dedicated to growing spiritually, she became devoted to yoga study and practice after learning that yoga is a spiritual practice.
Jessica earned a 200-hour yoga teaching certificate in 2013 and started teaching in 2014. Her classes center around creating a well organized body and intentional breathing. She has a beloved teacher, Kim Schwartz, and a daily yoga practice that inform her teaching.
In addition to yoga, Jessica offers astrology readings and Vedic counseling for those who are longing to understand the patterns of their lives and how to create greater harmony in their relationships.
Jessica especially enjoys helping women who struggle with compulsive behaviors, relationships, and big emotions who long to create a healthy body, peaceful mind, and loving heart.
Choosing to make yoga a personal practice is life-changing, it creates an anchor that roots you in what is eternal, loving, and wise.
On this path no effort is wasted, no gain is ever reversed; even a little of this practice will shelter you from great sorrow. -Bhagavad Gita 2:40
